Daniel Schmid - Founder
Daniel Schmid is the founder of the PULSIONS tool and methodology. He promotes PULSIONS Management SA by advising and training company directors, managers and consultants in all sectors of the economy. His main objective? To enable everyone to become aware of their own behaviour and ensure its alignment with the professional challenges they face.
Laure Zimmermann - Co-founder
Laure Zimmermann is a partner at PULSIONS Management SA. Her background as a psychologist has enabled her to actively contribute to the creation and development of the PULSIONS questionnaire. She currently provides training for certification candidates and contributes to the future developments of the PULSIONS tool and methodology.
Antoine Schmid - Co-founder
Antoine Schmid is a partner at PULSIONS Management SA. He has played a key role in the creation and development of the PULSIONS questionnaire. With his background as a computer engineer, he oversees all IT developments related to our solutions and contributes to the evolution of the PULSIONS tool and methodology.
