“I had no intention to certify… at first! When a big guy called Jérôme came to see me in Lausanne to talk about PULSIONS in 2007, I told him I wasn’t interested. I already had a 10 years’ experience in the field without the help of any tool or method and my clients seemed satisfied. Then he convinced me to make a PULSIONS profile. I had about 20 years of personal development behind me, I thought I had a fairly accurate perception of my personal functioning. And then, I had the same reaction my clients have now, I was bluffed. It was a real revolution for me. I quickly became aware of a multitude of things that could have been problematic, or had been, without understanding why, in a both simple and powerful way. For the record, I had always associated in my mind evolution with risks. I have changed a lot in my life and so it was normal for me to have encountered difficulties, it’s the inevitable counterpart of evolution… Thanks to PULSIONS I realized I was totally wrong. “Close to the founder, Daniel SCHMID, I was interested in adding another arrow to my professional quiver - support and evaluation tools - with measurements of energy intensity produced and in what contexts. This tool is the most effective I ever used, in particular to teach a person to master his personal mechanics by calculating the gain of the impulse, the price to be paid and the impact on others and the environment. I use PULSIONS in PRO-PULSIONS to first set the organization’s strategic signature within 2-3 years by putting the 8 PULSIONS in the projected intensity.
