An engineer by training and co-founder and shareholder of PULSIONS since its creation in 2003, Antoine Schmid progressively became more involved in the company’s strategy and development from 2021 onwards, before taking on the role of CEO in 2025.
Today, he leads PULSIONS’ strategy, business development, partnerships and expansion in Switzerland and internationally. He also advises executives, managers and HR professionals on strategic and organisational challenges.
He remains involved in the evolution of the solution and its technical direction, working closely with the external partners responsible for its development.
He is now fully dedicated to the development of PULSIONS.
A psychologist and psychotherapist by training, Laure Zimmermann has been involved with PULSIONS since its early days and played a significant role in the design and development of the questionnaire and the methodology.
From 2021 onwards, she progressively took on greater responsibility in the development of the company, contributing in particular to the structuring of its activities, the evolution of the methodology and its development.
Today, she leads PULSIONS’ certification activities, from the design and delivery of training programmes to the ongoing support of certified consultants, and contributes to the development of the international network of certified professionals. As Head of R&D and guardian of the scientific rigour of the methodology, she also contributes to strategic direction, business development, and the evolution of PULSIONS’ content and applications.
She also maintains a private practice as a psychologist and psychotherapist.
Founder of PULSIONS in 2003, Daniel Schmid played a central role in the creation and development of the methodology and the company for more than twenty years.
Today, as Chairman of the Board, he has stepped back from operational management and focuses primarily on governance and strategic guidance.
He remains closely connected to the history, vision and strategic direction of PULSIONS.
